Online Shop – Firearms, Ammunition, and Accessories:

  1. Age Restriction: By purchasing firearms or ammunition, you confirm that you are legally allowed to do so in accordance with South African laws. Customers must be of legal age as stipulated by South African firearm regulations.

  2. Sales Tax: Prices listed on the online shop are exclusive of sales tax, which will be charged at the time of check-out.

  3. Product Availability: Product availability is subject to change. In the case of unavailability after order placement, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.

Training Services – Gun Safety Courses and Competency Unit Standards:

  1. Booking and Payment: All training services must be booked in advance. Payment is required in full before the commencement of any training course.

  2. Cancellation and Refund: Cancellations must be made at least [2 days] before the scheduled training date. Refunds will be subject to our discretion.

Shooting Experience Packages:

  1. Booking: Shooting experience packages must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  2. Safety Regulations: Participants must adhere to all safety regulations and instructions provided by our instructors during the shooting experience.

  3. Liability: AJS Running Guns is not liable for any injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from the use of firearms during the shooting experience.
